Starting from the general concept of “histrionic personality”, present work focuses on essential aspects personality disorder that defi ne clinical and diagnostic contexts, laying foundations for a correct differential diagnosis, without neglecting neural characteristics developed by scientific community. The discussion ends with best suggested therapeutic approaches.
